1) The core we use to make the Transformer is made from best grade importe cold rolled grain oriented silicon steel lamination wiht the latest technique of annealing. Core is specially designed to make Over-Fuxing upto 12.5%.
2) The winding can be of any type:- Spiral, Crossover, Helical or Disc which are designed to withsatnd the optimum electrical, machanical, dynamic and thermal stresses depending upn the current and voltage.
3) The insulation material like pre-compressed board, blocks, corrugated cylinders, bakelight tube, insulating tapes, empire sleeves, glass sleeves varnish, epoxy bushing, porcelain bushing etc, are used of best quality to ensure long life to the transformers.
4) The tanks are made from premium quality mild steel sheets, plates and pipes by electrical welding. Tanks are teste at specific pressure for leakage at joints/welds.
5) Our transformers are designed for overloading excess than normal rating.
